Notes:
This is a clean PR related to #5075, which had merge conflicts due to the dark mode toggle fix for the BMDashboard page. Since the dark mode changes conflicted with recent development updates and are not part of the core functionality, they have been excluded from this PR and will be addressed separately. Please test and review ignoring the dark mode toggle, as that will be handled in a follow-up task.
